⚠ Submission Disclaimer — please read carefully
We receive
thousands of GDS files per run. For this reason nanoPHAB can
only verify
file integrity and formal compliance in a
semi-automatic manner — namely the top-cell name
(
MAIN), the number and
numbering of GDS layers, the declared area and the outline shape.
The actual design content, geometry and functionality of your GDS file remain
entirely your responsibility. Please verify your design thoroughly — run your own DRC,
simulations and design validation —
before submitting. Also review the
Terms & Conditions
before you submit.
Your GDS file and the corresponding wafer area are
reserved only after validation and confirmation by nanoPHAB — not at
the moment of submission. You will receive the outcome by e-mail at the address you provide below, so
please
make sure your e-mail address is correct.
⚠ Important — Please read before submitting
Your GDS file and submission will be automatically rejected if any of the following apply:
① Top cell name: The top-level cell of your GDS must be named exactly
MAIN
(uppercase). Any other top-cell name is rejected.
② GDS layer naming: All layers MUST be named as two-digit integers only:
01, 02, 03, … No other naming is accepted. Layer 01 is reserved for text labels
and alignment markers.
③ Exact layer set: Your GDS must contain exactly the layers
defined for this MPW run — no more, no fewer. The required set is shown above the upload area
once you open this form.
④ Layout shape: Only strictly rectangular or square layouts are accepted —
no L-shapes, T-shapes or irregular outlines.
⑤ Layout area: The design bounding box (Width × Height in mm) must
fit within the booked area — the number of cells you select below
× the cell size of this run. It is checked automatically from your GDS.
⑥ Available cells: Your requested cells must not exceed the remaining available
cells on this run.
